By submitting the registration, the applicant declares that they are acting on behalf of the business and are authorized to represent it.

4. Approval of Cooperation

The partner status is established solely with the written confirmation of Szilvási Trader Kft.
5. Confidentiality
Any business, technical, financial, or other confidential information that comes to the parties' attention during registration or the preparation of cooperation is considered confidential, and the parties may not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.
6. Intellectual property
All content, logos, trademarks, text, and other intellectual creations found on the website are the property of Szilvási Trader Kft. or are used lawfully by it.
7. Disclaimer of liability
Szilvási Trader Kft. is not liable for any damages resulting from the rejection of partner registration or the failure to establish cooperation.
8. Modification of terms
Szilvási Trader Kft. is entitled to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on the website.
9. Governing law
